Great coworkers, casual dress. Good work/life balance.

Cons

All the great people were either unceremoniously laid off without warning or were smart enough to head for the hills.

Remote work from home options, competitive salary although it seems a sixty hour minimum week is expected.Personal reviews are based on ranking of peers.

Cons

Unobtainable Expectations / Low Morale / Poor Product / Unhappy clients. This is the only job I've ever held where I 'got in trouble' for not turning an assignment in early. Simply crazy expectations.
