Great pay Good overtime when it’s offered

Cons

Hours cut Gives a lot of mto Tier 4 is not supposed to get mto but if stars are low you still get mto They hold you accountable for things even out of your hands You have to take blame for everything even if it isn’t your department or they aren’t calling about you

Pros

Remote job, and different shifts could be chosen once being there a while and have a better standing in performance.

Cons

Stressful with customers being rude mostly all the time. Breaks are only when given at the timeframes. Cannot do bathroom breaks if they aren't in allotted time. If you do need to take a bathroom break, you need to clock out first and you aren't getting paid for that time.
