Nice atmosphere , flexible schedule, and growing company.

Cons

Workers labtops and servers always having issues, hard to do work effectively. Customers can be extremely rude. Work quaters are small and uncomfortable.

Holiday bonus and location. Right in downtown crossing next to the T.

Cons

Young management, unorganized and they are not flexible with taking time off. They are so big on sales and even though during training they said that the sales quotas are not important but once they put you on the phones, it could be the reason why they fire you if you barely get any sales. Worst place to work for. Won't even think to put them on my resume. They did not contribute to my career growth in any ways.
