No raises unless you are promoted (even then it's $1 more/hr) Benefits for married couples the same as family plan, and 4 times the cost of single plans. $15 wage hasn't increased since 2016, no cost of living raises Promotions based on favoritism, not skill or ability Bullying, sexual harassment, and violence between co-workers outside of work rarely and lightly punished.
