Pros

The modern and open office environment promote the collaborative and fast paced culture here. Managers support their teams and push for growth, everyone seems to genuinely care about the health of each team/department. There are a lot of exciting things on the horizon for SimpliSafe and I cannot say enough good things!

Cons

I notice the usual growing pains that come with a fast growing company but nothing out of the ordinary as long as management continues to stay on top of it!

Pros

Simplisafe has a great work environment, and friendly people. It is picking up incoming calls all day, and no cold calling. It is the easiest job for the pay that give.

Cons

One major con is that Simplisafe seems to have a lack of communication between departments. Customers end up calling in because they received a special deal via email or in a magazine that marketing has not told the sales department about, so customers think Sales doesn't know what they are doing.

-Beer Fridays - Weekly Mentor lunch paid - Casual dress - Friendly management - Good PTO (up to 15 days) - Holiday bonus

Cons

- Can be too casual with new hires - Too lenient with people who cannot be there on time or when scheduled - Office space isn't kept clean (stains all over carpet, never cleaned, in call center) - Kitchen was similar, the workers there mostly didn't care about cleaning up, especially dishes. - Severe lack of communication through the chain of command to the call center reps. - Less pay across the board compared to other companies for same positions.
