Pros

You're able to work from home.

Cons

The biggest "con" is you DO NOT have the ability to create and maintain a consistent work schedule that aligns with your needs. Every 3-4 months there is a shift bid. Many times, you will not get the shift you want or need to fit you and your family's life, and they will not grant exceptions until the next bid cycle. You will most definitely work all holidays unless your day off just so happens to be on that day the holiday falls on. I've missed Christmas with my family for the last 4 1/2yrs. The company's largest client is Apple (which is very strict regarding customer interactions) and Apple's customers are extremely entitled people. The company has an extremely high turnover rate as well, this includes high level management vacating their positions. The last Vice President of the company left after about 6-8 months into his position. When that level of management quits their position, that's a sign the company isn't doing well.

Pros

Only pro is being at home.

Cons

This job is the worst. Stay away. This job is the first job I ever had in my life that made me dread and fight myself clocking in everyday. They train you for short periods and then throw you on the phones. All they care about is metrics and CSATs. Make sure you don't get sick or stuff happen to you out of your control (power goes out due to storm, maintenance coming over, child gets sick, etc.) it's a trap. They lie to you and force you to do shift bids (your schedule changes and you no choice, unless you just quit). Also so many tech issues were constant and then you had to go to the incompetent IT chat support who can't fix ANYTHING! Any computer issues they will blame your internet, and not their company provided equipment. Stay far away. You will gain weight and go into depression. Also if you are absent, you then have to work 30 days straight to get the time rolled back, but if something happens again and you are absent, you then have to start over from that new date AGAIN, so if you were absent on the 12th of Jan. then absent again on Feb. 1st, you would have start from Feb. 1st to get the time rolled back from the beginning. (so doing 30 days straight again). RTR will log you out randomly everyday and you have to do a template every time computer freezes. You get short 30 min. lunches.

Pros

Decent pay. Work from home

Cons

They are a disaster. They offer incentives and refuse to payout and will literally ignore every single email about it for months while offering new incentives and not paying those. They will take every opportunity to screw you on other bonuses and will ignore you on that as well. Literally over a dozen emails in 2 months went unanswered and I had to file a dispute with the department of labor. Pretty sad. I was a top level performer 97.1 13 Rolling 13 week Csat with most metrics in the top 10% so they don't care who you are or how high you perform. The whole place is to designed to chew you up and spit you out. I had one good manager and one really really bad one who refused to do her job (like literally) So I had constant payroll errors and virtually no coaching for months even after I complained. The job is great just go to another provider.
