Pros

Its easy to find seasonal work at block considering the economy is bad. The hours are very flexible and management is pretty nice. There are definitely worse places with less pay that you could work.

Cons

The hours are sometimes too flexible (as in not enough). Seasonal job. Slow periods are really slow and it gets boring sometimes.

Pros

Pay is average or a little above average for duties. Store manager is reasonable in time off requests and scheduling.

Cons

In office training could be better. There is 15 hours of classroom training but just about every subject ended with "Well, ask your Office Leader how they want it done". Filing is a little disorganized, could just be my location though.
