Starts out at $20, plus commission, tips and bonuses. Full time gets full health and dental benefits. Opportunity for promotion.

Cons

Not really any cons with Madison reed as a company but you will always deal with issues working with people in a salon

Overwhelmed and overworked your never fast enough you’re treated like crap no breaks god forbid your late there’s no respect they say to contact human resources. I’ve sent multiple emails to everybody and no one ever replies. It’s ridiculous. Most manipulating company I’ve ever worked for. They are absolutely horrible.
