Salary pay You will receive bonuses monthly not large amounts but enough to increase your check you can boost income by add on services and promos

Cons

Leadership is not good. You have no direction or they don’t understand what’s it’s like to take 30 people a day. It’s rand like a drybar. More guest less workers for the demand. It’s a conveyer belt.

The company values really ring true here. This is the best job EVER! The pay and benefits are great! Leadership is amazing and really care about their people. It's like a big family with Amy at the lead. She interacts with us and truly cares about the business she has built.

I’ve never worked so hard for a paycheck in my life! They want me to work 2 jobs sometimes 3 and pay me for 1. The amount of pressure they put you under is insane.
