Pros

The color line is good; it doesn’t smell, and leaves out harmful chemicals.

Cons

This company is full of problems in all areas. They work you to death, deceive you with the job description, and pretend to embrace their core values. The pay is mediocre and they change it without any discussion . All they care about is booking as many clients as possible even when there isn’t enough staff to accommodate the clients .

People are nice, workers are nice, but higher ups a horrible at treating employees.

Cons

You have to work long shifts every day.

Pros

The pay, benefits and the products

Cons

If you’re an assistant and it’s completely short staff which is all the time they overbook there clients to the point you barely get a lunch break and overwhelmed all day , you barely get a life outside of work, the place is very unorganized, and there’s barely any hands on training. This company only cares about money and not there employees, the turnover with them is insane and you will get very burnt out fast!
