It was very refreshing to see a franchise that has a very friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons

It was a little disappointing to learn that there’s no hair cutting , but it still can be great environment for learning other techniques.

Very helpful, very attentive, very informative and good opportunities.

I just started so I cannot put too much in on the cons. Except for different wages compared to a regular high end salon.We shall see. It's just different.
