working from home, great co workers.

Cons

constant changes without any notice, horrible team management. bonus cuts growth within company is minimal. Switched many of us from sales to retention which in return cut our commission because we would spend time trying to appease upset clients, loosing out on sales. When we would be out of products they would expect us to sell them whatever we had left and just fix the issue later. Would hire people fresh out of cosmetology school without proper knowledge of the line or fully understand color.

you can network- learn madison reeds product line, and speed up your hand at services such as root touch up's, highlighting and more

Cons

not enough pay per services, not enough allotted time for services and not enough attention to diversity when it comes to hair texture and styling.
