Cons

Not a very diverse workplace, does not receive feedback from staff well, their core values only apply for the senior staff, their culture only applies to senior staff, HR can be aggressive, I experienced racial micro-aggressions, uncomfortable place to work as a POC.

With the world at a standstill Madison Reed have continue to build and grow by opening more color bars and hiring for amazing positions. The interview process was refreshing and Alyssa is the best. I’m looking forward to building as well growing with this amazing brand.

Strong culture, Team Oriented, Customer Focus This company packs a punch (in a good way) with its culture! It takes everything seriously and aligns it to the established values. The best part is the values aren't just word on a wall, they are apart of all decisions that are made and people that are brought in! This shows especially now as the world is learning how to deal with a pandemic!
