I feel like I belong here and that I am a part of a family. It is easy living the values when you work for a company like Madison Reed. The CEO Amy is the real deal. She LIVES, EATS and BREATHES Madison Reed. She is a Compassionate, Empathetic, Mother, Wife and Owner...she also makes you feel like you are important to the Brand. Actually...she convinces you of that, and I believe that with my whole heart. Upper management is supportive and respectful of our abilities to run our Color Bar as if it was our own, but are there in a split second if we need their assistance or support. Truly an amazing company.

The hiring team at Madison Reed is first class. I've interviewed with some of the biggest names out there and the process that MR practices is very effective. They genuinely care about who they bring on board and how they will help serve the overall mission.
