      Pros

      The culture is the real deal - I didn't believe it until I was actually immersed in it. The values are living and breathing in this company and you hear about them on a daily basis.

      Cons

      They are still growing so a lot of the processes and procedures you would think were already created are still in progress but we'll get there!

      Pros

      You know now a company will fill you up with ideas of grandeur and hope. Madison Reed truly embodies everything they speak. The values and culture of the company are unmatched. From the colorists to the CEO, everyone is professional, personal, and conscious.
