Pros

Salary pay You will receive bonuses monthly not large amounts but enough to increase your check you can boost income by add on services and promos

Cons

Leadership is not good. You have no direction or they don’t understand what’s it’s like to take 30 people a day. It’s rand like a drybar. More guest less workers for the demand. It’s a conveyer belt.

Consistent paycheck is the only pro to this job.

Cons

No lunch breaks, very rare to receive one. Long shifts without breaks You are over worked, long hours,can’t form relationships with clients because clients are not allowed to request stylist, color line is harsh on the hair and not sustainable for most clients. Color line is one size fits all and is not good at all compared to most pro color lines. No customization. No integrity when it comes to other peoples hair. Very greedy company.
