Pros

Madison Reed has opened my mind as a licensed professional as to how we are serving our clients. We have disrupted the cosmetology industry not just by providing and SUPPORTING clients in being educated on their products and how to apply them themselves, but also with how we treat and set our team members up for success. There is an overwhelming belief in growth and wanting to see individuals strive in their careers and succeed. I have been challenged to grow my skillset but not without help along the way. There is such a comfort in knowing you have teammates that want to support you and aren’t inconvenienced by questions!

Cons

Not necessarily a con, the flow is very fast paced! A great company for someone open to evolving initiatives and priorities 🤍 every day is different and that keeps things exciting

Pros

As a part time colorist, my schedule was flexible and I loved always having a full book without having to do any of my own booking or marketing. The team was fun, management was kind, and the pay was really fair. I was wildly impressed with he education was top-- the balayage class was better than ones that I had spent MANY HUNDREDS of my own dollars on. During the first year of covid shut downs, I was able to move to Color Crew, our online customer service team. Working for Madison Reed full time really brought to life the way we live our values and I fell in love with doing hair in a whole new way doing consultations and color corrections via text/phone/email. And then they taught me how to be a recruiter :) I was fully trained and consistently supported in entering an entirely new career in HR. Madison Reed has given me all the tools I needed to thrive.

Cons

I don't have much time to get my hands into hair as much anymore :)
