Overworked and BS fake values

Pros

You can make ok money if you can work 40+ hours a week

Cons

The CEO is fake. The values are fake. The VP controls the salons and has severe power control issues. Corporate will pop in and just tell you what you’re doing wrong- no support. They are horribly understaffed with no sympathy to personal schedules. They operate under intimidation tactics. The only people leaving good reviews work in HQ and are asked to leave good reviews- they don’t know the color bars. They live In denial Of how it really operates.

progressive company with badass ceo

Cons

Difficult workload with sometimes irate customers and very segregated from the rest of the company.

Family dynamic

Pros

Calm setting and a nice environment to work in. The customers were usually kind and the job itself involved receptionist duties as well as some maintenance

Cons

When we switched to remote I had to be a customer rep which want somethingI knew how to do too well for the company and ended up getting laid off
