One of the best interview experiences I've had by far! The team at Madison Reed has set the bar for experience, heart and talent within the beauty business! Amazing company values and mission, our CEO is working right alongside us, passionate and realistic, pushing and inspiring. Room for growth, trial and error, and career pathing. Free catered lunches every Monday and for events. Stocked kitchen. Working from home days. PTO. Education/experience fund. Commuter benefits and lyft safety rides. Lack of stagnancy— if it’s not working, we fix it- we reassess. Creative minds, passionate employees. Strong HR team that actively builds and plans events and team building.

Cons

Multiple meetings can be tiresome and redundant, and it seems as though we are working on that. Office location and space, lack of conference rooms. We are growing and might want to visit the idea of moving to the financial district.
