There is a very strong culture of support and teamwork, people go above and beyond for their co-workers without batting an eye. I love the values, people first approach, remote work, and flexibility that I have at Madison Reed.

As a part time colorist, my schedule was flexible and I loved always having a full book without having to do any of my own booking or marketing. The team was fun, management was kind, and the pay was really fair. I was wildly impressed with he education was top-- the balayage class was better than ones that I had spent MANY HUNDREDS of my own dollars on. During the first year of covid shut downs, I was able to move to Color Crew, our online customer service team. Working for Madison Reed full time really brought to life the way we live our values and I fell in love with doing hair in a whole new way doing consultations and color corrections via text/phone/email. And then they taught me how to be a recruiter :) I was fully trained and consistently supported in entering an entirely new career in HR. Madison Reed has given me all the tools I needed to thrive.

I've been with Madison Reed for about 4 months now, and I can say with honesty and sincerity I could not be happier to be a part of this brand. I've worked for several companies in the past who say they have values and ethics, and who also say they put people first. Unfortunately, my experience prior to Madison Reed is most brands put profit over people. Though I'm a newer staff member, I'm certainly out of the honeymoon phase, and I have a clear vision of what this company is truly about, and I'm proud to be a part of it. I've never felt more empowered, more supported, and less stressed in my entire career. I'm so thankful to be a part of this company!

Madison Reed is a great company to work for there aren’t many hair salons where I can get health insurance! My team is great and I love coming to work! It’s a new concept that Madison reed has implemented and the clients really like it and so do we. It’s transparent and just automatically creates an air of trust around each service provided!
