Regarding PTO and rotations, while we strive to accommodate requests, we recognize that project timelines can sometimes impact approvals. We will continue working to improve transparency and flexibility in scheduling whenever possible. Your suggestion for enhanced training for new employees in project management for solar construction sites is very helpful.
