      tough schedule if flying in, (28 days on for 5 days off), lots of turnover

      Consentient turnover of all their executive team

      Decent 401k and medical benefits.

      Cons

      Poor bonus payouts. There's currently a lawsuit between John Rohde and RES. Search Rohde vs Renewable Energy Systems LTD. Competing priorities, Has invested a lot into digital solutions with nothing to show and now that depts CEO has left the company.
