Good tips and benefits. Fast pace if you like being busy

Cons

GM show up when ever because they are salary. Literally come in when its almost time to close and work 3-4 hrs. Someone need to track their time because I’m sure that’s not the hours GM is suppose to work. It’s so unfair to everyone else working hard

Moves too fast, not enough time to connect with your clients, people say it feels like a assembly line (yeah...can't argue). Corporate is worried about the money. They tslk about these values but they don't live up to 'em.

Cons

Not able to take breaks as guaranteed by law. Management doesn't care and will fire anyone who raises a concern. Run away if you are offered a job here.
