      Nice people - good benifits- decent pay

      Cons

      Moves too fast, not enough time to connect with your clients, people say it feels like a assembly line (yeah...can't argue). Corporate is worried about the money. They tslk about these values but they don't live up to 'em.

      I have worked with some of the best people at Madison Reed. The way everyone cares for one another and lives the values is why I work here. The company has also invested in me and my development. It is amazing to reflect on how much I have grown and learned at Madison Reed.

      It can be really fast-paced, and team members have to be ready to dive in!

      Pros

      Madison Reed lives the values and they are demonstrated daily by our senior leadership team. Madison Reed encourages you to live your values out loud, be authentic and show up as your true self everyday. There is a very strong culture of support and teamwork, people go above and beyond for their co-workers without batting an eye. I love the values, people first approach, remote work, and flexibility that I have at Madison Reed.

      I wish the company did a 401k match and would consider looking into more progressive lifestyle benefits.
