U get base hourly pay plus commission so ur not struggling only making commission on services.

Cons

The timing allowed for services arei realistic. Shampoo and a blow dry in 30 min? U don't get off on time ever.

The work-life balance, pay, and environment are very good here. They all work as a team, there is no cattiness or selfishness. The company treats you great and the benefits are fantastic. Great place to grow a career. Culture is fun.

Nice people - good benifits- decent pay

Cons

Moves too fast, not enough time to connect with your clients, people say it feels like a assembly line (yeah...can't argue). Corporate is worried about the money. They tslk about these values but they don't live up to 'em.
