Pros

-FT medical and dental benefits -employee gratis -new and chic aesthetic -gentler ingredients

Cons

-very overworked, business model wasn't adjusted for today's COVID world (booked every 30 minutes, but also company policy to take a client up to 10 minutes late) -30 minute time slots make it impossible to connect with clients, making them feel like it's a production line -no consistency between what is being told to client over the phone via at-home workers and what is actually happening in the color bars -quality of permanent color, not consistent and doesn't work well on coarse hair (no grey coverage) -ammonia free=lack of lifting capability -commission rate not competitive in CA -will never get to actually use your accrued PTO -under valued/appreciated by superiors

Pros

The culture is the real deal - I didn't believe it until I was actually immersed in it. The values are living and breathing in this company and you hear about them on a daily basis.

Cons

They are still growing so a lot of the processes and procedures you would think were already created are still in progress but we'll get there!
