Pros

The CEO is like a breath of fresh air - she's both passionate and reasonable. She believes in the company and the people with equal devotion. People work hard and like to have fun. It's a respectful, inclusive environment. It's definitely an aggressive start-up, but more mature than many: the focus is on sustainable, profitable growth rather than wild dreams.

Cons

It's a startup - things change a lot. It's not the place for someone uncomfortable with that kind of uncertainty. If you want to get "training" or thrive on stability, this isn't the place for you.

Great product, enthusiastic customers, smart coworkers, good benefits. The company really does have a lot of potential to succeed, when it finds the right market and speaks to them in a meaningful way.

Cons

People in key senior leadership positions lack the necessary vision and ability to lead effectively. If you are on the right team, with the right leader, you can make a difference here. If not, you may end up very frustrated. Cramped office space.

Extremely strong leadership. Really amazing and inspiring. Lots of women on upper management /VP roles. Very transparent.

Cons

Processes need to be improved, when work affects multiple departments.
