Strive to ensure that all employees are provided with the proper resources and training to execute and feel supported successfully.

Cons

Not so good, I'm so exhausted, I have to handle 4 stylists and only me as an assistant colorist

Close clientele pay is great until you get into management Great product

Cons

The company is very unorganized Constant system errors No partnership with Hr Managers are not respected but used to keep employees if the employee is unstable No connection within the company, values are a joke used against Managers Culture is very quid pro quo inside Severely Low pay for what is expected from Management no work/life Balance AT ALL
