Pros

-FT medical and dental benefits -employee gratis -new and chic aesthetic -gentler ingredients

Cons

-very overworked, business model wasn't adjusted for today's COVID world (booked every 30 minutes, but also company policy to take a client up to 10 minutes late) -30 minute time slots make it impossible to connect with clients, making them feel like it's a production line -no consistency between what is being told to client over the phone via at-home workers and what is actually happening in the color bars -quality of permanent color, not consistent and doesn't work well on coarse hair (no grey coverage) -ammonia free=lack of lifting capability -commission rate not competitive in CA -will never get to actually use your accrued PTO -under valued/appreciated by superiors

Pros

Nothing really . My biggest regret working there

Cons

Under paid . Under valued. If you make too much money they will find a way to fire you . Make up rules as they go . Be careful to read the policy handbook . I was there for 4 years & 6 months they change the pay 3 times while being employed there because they money hungry, want you to work harder for the same pay . Don’t feel comfortable working there as a black woman , it’s a target on your back if you do too well there . Understaff as well .

Not worth the $

Pros

This company while lucrative is not worth the headache of corporate constantly holding unrealistic expectations for both service timing and service results.

Cons

You are given very little time to do your services 45 minutes for a blow dry regardless of her length or texture or desired look. Also their policy of reporting any issues internally by sending emails to your manager Foster is a toxic work environment, where you are being spoken to on a daily basis by management
