Pros

The money was great for the 1st year but as inflation rised and the company still expected you to suck money from clients, you're not offered a raise of any sort.

Cons

I've never worked for a woman owned company that clearly hates women LOL bullying at an all time high and you bring your issues to other women who bully you as well. The commission plans changed multiple times which always resulted in less money for the stylists. Also, color line is terrible. It leaves the hair dry and almost always has a terrible warm red fade off even when using their coolest colors.

-Discount on Services -Discount on products -Places like this is great for someone FRESH OUT of beauty school

Cons

-The pay is really low, especially with this economy -Realistic Expectations; some clients just take a little longer, they need hand holding -Snarky comments coming from leadership -Lack of communication -Training isn't organized
